Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Rezint Tech ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and the individual or business entity ("Customer", "Café Owner", "Operator", or "You") accessing or using the Rez Game management platform.

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity and corporate authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business organization you represent.

2. Description of the Service

Rez Game is an all-in-one cloud-based software platform engineered specifically for PC gaming cafes, console lounges (PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch), virtual reality (VR) arcades, esports labs, and LAN centers. Capabilities include:

• Real-time Live Ops desk for starting, extending, splitting, and terminating station gaming sessions.
• Server-synchronized countdown timers that operate independent of browser refresh or client crashes.
• Configurable station rate engines supporting single-player, multi-controller multipliers, and custom duration packs.
• Integrated Food & Beverage Store POS for snack billing combined on customer invoices.
• Permanent customer QR check-in posters, VIP profiles, and lifetime visit tracking.
• Revenue metrics, station occupancy graphs, and downloadable CSV audit logs.

3. User Accounts, Credentials & Staff Logins

• Account Registration: You must supply truthful, accurate, and current information when creating an account on the Platform.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your administrative passwords and staff PINs. You must immediately notify our support team if you suspect unauthorized access to your desk.
• Staff Sub-Accounts: Under Growth and Pro plans, café owners may provision restricted staff accounts for front-desk attendants. You remain liable for all actions, session cancellations, and bill modifications performed by staff members authorized under your master account.

5. Acceptable Use Policy & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following restricted activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to reconstruct the source code or algorithms of the Rez Game platform.
• Simulating software requests or attempting to bypass station limits, seat restrictions, or timer synchronization protocols.
• Operating automated scraping bots, web spiders, or data mining extraction tools against our public or authenticated endpoints.
• Using the Platform to facilitate unlawful gambling, betting, copyright infringement, or hosting defamatory or fraudulent material.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, scalability, or performance of our cloud server infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership

Rezint Tech Intellectual Property: All software, designs, algorithms, user interfaces, branding, trademarks, and documentation associated with Rez Game are the exclusive intellectual property of Rezint Tech and its licensors.

Customer Data Ownership: You retain complete ownership, title, and intellectual property rights over all café data, customer profiles, store product catalogs, and transactional records that you input into the Service. You grant Rezint Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to host, process, and transmit this data for the purpose of operating the Service for your venue.

7. Hardware & Console Trademarks Disclaimer

"PlayStation", "PS5", "Xbox", "Nintendo Switch", and related gaming console marks are registered trademarks of their respective owners (Sony Interactive Entertainment Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Nintendo Co., Ltd.). Reference to these third-party hardware platforms is purely descriptive of compatibility. Rez Game and Rezint Tech are an independent software organization and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially endorsed by Sony, Microsoft, or Nintendo.

8. Service Availability, Maintenance & SLA

We strive to maintain an operational server uptime of 99.9% for our cloud infrastructure. Periodic routine maintenance, security patch applications, and database optimizations may occur, during which we endeavor to provide advance dashboard notice whenever practicable. We shall not be held liable for internet service disruptions occurring between your local browser and our cloud edge servers.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Rezint Tech, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, HARDWARE DAMAGE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO Rezint Tech IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Rez Game shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Gujarat, India.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at our discretion. Notice of substantial revisions will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of the platform after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
