We provide a 100% Free Forever plan (up to 6 stations) so gaming cafe owners can thoroughly evaluate Rez Game before purchasing any paid plan.

1. Subscription Upgrades

Growth and Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly cycle. If you encounter any technical difficulty or billing discrepancy after upgrading, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance or refund consideration.

2. Cancellations & Downgrades

You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. Upon expiration of your paid period, your café automatically transitions to the Free tier (capped at 6 stations), preserving your existing café profile and station configurations.
