How does the billing cycle work?
Growth and Pro plans can be paid Monthly or Yearly. Yearly billing provides substantial savings (₹6,000/yr on Growth saving ₹1,788 or 23%, and ₹11,999/yr on Pro saving ₹2,389 or 17% in India, or $228/yr and $468/yr internationally). Autopay charges the same rate on the same cycle, with notice before each debit, and you can cancel anytime.
How does pricing work for Indian vs International cafés?
Rez Game supports regional pricing. For Indian gaming centers, pricing is in INR (₹649/mo or ₹6,000/yr for Growth, and ₹1,199/mo or ₹11,999/yr for Pro) payable via UPI, debit/credit cards, and netbanking. For international cafes across North America, Europe, UK, and Middle East, global multi-currency checkout is supported in USD, EUR, GBP, and AED with dedicated global support.
Can I add extra stations if my floor exceeds 20 stations on Growth?
Yes. If you are on the Growth plan and only need 1 or 2 extra machines before jumping to Pro, extra station slots can be provisioned for just ₹99/year (or $4/year internationally).
Can I downgrade from Growth or Pro back to Free?
Yes. If your subscription period ends and you choose not to renew, your account remains active and transitions to the Free tier (capped at 6 active stations with ad-supported desk). Products and configuration you already added are never deleted — they stay saved and unlock again when you upgrade.
Can I unlock Station Games on the Free plan?
Yes. If you run a console gaming lounge with 6 or fewer stations and only need game catalog management on the Free plan, you can purchase the Station Games add-on (₹5,000 / $179) without needing a full yearly Growth subscription.
