B. Gaming Center Floor & Station Configuration

• Station names, hardware categories (e.g. PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, VR, Driving Simulators).
• Hourly rates, player multiplier pricing rules, and duration time-pack configurations.
• Store food and beverage product catalog (product names, retail prices, category classifications, and current stock status).

C. Live Session & Customer Transaction Records

• Session start, extension, and stop timestamps, active duration, station assignments, and player counts.
• Customer QR identifiers, guest names, mobile numbers provided during walk-in or booking, and total lifetime spend tallies.

6. Data Retention & Café Data Preservation Guarantee

We retain your account and transactional data for as long as your café account remains active.

If you wish to permanently delete your café account and all associated customer and session logs, you may submit an account erasure request to our support team at any time.
