We provide a 100% Free Forever plan (up to 6 stations) so gaming cafe owners can thoroughly evaluate Rez Game before purchasing any paid plan.

1. Annual Subscription Upgrades

Plus and Pro subscriptions are billed on an annual cycle. If you encounter any technical difficulty or billing discrepancy after upgrading, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase for assistance or refund consideration.

2. Cancellations & Downgrades

You may choose not to renew your annual subscription at any time. Upon expiration of your paid period, your café automatically transitions to the Free tier (capped at 6 stations), preserving your existing café profile and station configurations.
