How does the annual billing cycle work?
Plus and Pro plans are billed annually ($79/year for Plus or $119/year for Pro, or ₹7,999/year and ₹11,999/year for Indian gaming centers). This eliminates monthly invoicing headaches and keeps subscription overhead minimal.
Can I add extra stations if my floor exceeds 20 stations on Plus?
Yes. If you are on the Plus plan and need a couple of extra machines before jumping to Pro, extra station slots can be provisioned by our support team.
What currencies are accepted?
We accept international payments in USD, EUR, GBP, and major global currencies via international card processing, as well as INR via UPI/Netbanking for Indian cafes.
Can I downgrade from Plus back to Free?
Yes. If your subscription period ends and you choose not to renew, your account remains active and transitions to the Free tier (capped at 6 active stations with ad-supported desk). You will never lose your café data.
