Setting up your gaming cafe on Rez Game takes under 5 minutes from any web browser:

1. Register your café account on the SaaS registration portal.
2. Input your café name, contact phone number, and venue address.
3. Your account is instantly created on the Free Forever tier (up to 6 stations).

Define the physical machines and booths on your gaming floor:

• Navigate to Stations in the dashboard sidebar.
• Click Add Station, enter a label (e.g. "PC-01" or "PS5-Booth-A"), and pick the station type: Gaming PC, PlayStation, Xbox, VR, or Racing Sim.
• Assign a base hourly rate or link to a customized pricing plan.

Managing guests from the Live Ops desk in real time:

• Click on any green Available station card to launch a session.
• Select player count (1 to 4 players for console co-op), enter customer name or phone (optional), and pick duration (e.g. 60 min pack or open-ended).
• When time runs low, click + Add Time to extend by 30 or 60 minutes.
• Click End & Pay to review the itemized time and snack bill and record payment (Cash, Digital/QR, or Card).

Customizing rates to maximize occupancy and revenue:

• Go to Pricing & Rates to manage rate cards per station type.
• Create multi-player rules: Set lower per-person rates for 2-player and 4-player groups to incentivize group console bookings.
• Set Peak Hour windows (e.g., Friday 18:00 to Sunday 23:00) where rates automatically shift to peak tariffs.

Selling beverages and food directly to playing guests (Plus & Pro plans):

• Create items in the Store Catalog (e.g. Energy Drinks, Chips, Coffee) with pricing and inventory status.
• From the Live Ops desk, click Add Snack on any active gaming station.
• Selected snacks attach directly to the running session total and appear on the final checkout invoice.

Facilitating contactless customer check-in:

• Go to QR Codes to view your café's permanent printable poster.
• Print and display at your reception counter.
• Customers scan with their phone camera to open their live session dashboard, view remaining match time, and view your game catalog.
